
Coach Hill got a nice surprise as he was leaving to go to school this morning, as a group of Sr's greeted him outside his house! This is their last week of school and got breakfast cooked for them for their troubles. All of our Sr's are looking forward to graduation next Friday night, May 10th beginning at 7:00pm. Awesome Kida!!!







JES 6th graders enjoyed making Aboriginal Dot Art after learning about the Australian Aborigines in social studies!

Congratulations to RHS student Christina Lawrence! She was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for submitting a winning essay to the 4-H 2024 Beekeeping Essay Contest.


Elijah earned a golden coin for his hard work and perseverance to improve his reading. He continues to strive for excellence each day. Way to go!


Eli Quinn received a gold coin for being proactive in Music Class today! Way to be a leader Eli!


8th grade students were given the opportunity to visit the ASUS Career and Technical Center last Friday. They viewed programs that will be available for them to participate in while in high school such as Welding, Diesel Mechanics, Medical Professions and more. Thank you ASUS for investing in our students and granting them so many wonderful opportunities.




Superintendent's spotlight for week of April 29 is Brenda Polo.


Kensett Elementary will begin the ATLAS assessment Tuesday. Please have students to school on time if at all possible. Judsonia Elementary will be next week.

Fishing Derby 2024 was a huge success! Saturday morning kids had tons of fun with door prizes, eating hotdogs and catching plenty of fish. Everyone had time being together!











JES Updates


6th grade enjoyed showing off their statistical skills by collecting data on athletes or Pokémon and creating box plots to summarize their data collection!

Riverview FFA members attended the 97th FFA State Convention & Expo! Riverview FFA was awarded the Affiliated Chapter Award and the National Chapter Award.

Last Thursday, our Art Club attended the State Convention for Arkansas Young Artists. Our students had a great time participating in onsite competitions, and meeting other members from across the state.
Delores Dinnwiddie placed 3rd in the Fiber Arts category for her handmade dress. She was one of over a thousand participants in the overall art competition.
