Today was day four of the Jr High NWEA Growth Rewards. Students that met growth goals in all 4 subject areas received a pizza party today!

💜Riverview Kindergarten Round Up starts today at Judsonia Elementary and Kensett Elementary from 9-2 pm. 💜

The Riverview School District has been monitoring the weather and radar. Based on current radar projections there appears to be a break with just rain around 2:45 until after 4:00. Therefore, we are going to dismiss a few minutes early at 2:45. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that it is safe to dismiss at that time. Thank you for your cooperation today as we tried to make the best decisions possible to keep students and staff safe.

The Riverview School District is closely monitoring the weather situation today. Please know that our number one priority is the safety of your children. We understand concerns regarding the weather and will excuse student absences if a parent or guardian opts to sign their child out early today. Those arrangements need to be made at this time. Should a tornado warning be issued and we have to move staff and students to the safe rooms on each campus, offices will not be staffed and availability to check students out at that time will be limited or not possible. Please know that buses could also be delayed this afternoon if storms are happening at the time when buses would normally leave campus. If this plan changes, we will update again here and through our call system.
