8th grade girls choir is hard at work!
Today, students participated in our Stacking of the Cup/Writing Activity! We worked with our partners to do different challenges as we stacked and unstacked the cups. Before we began, we wrote down our predictions of how we were going to take each cup off without touching it with our hands. Students then were able to work with their partners to unstack the cups and do different challenges. As we finished, we then gave the activity a name, explained why we named it that and then shared our good and bad experiences on paper. Students had to write about how they had to work together and and their roles in this activity.
5th and 6th grade are learning about science safety and procedures, sharing about themselves by creating t-shirts, and practicing math fluency! #bettertogether
